21" 1985-ish Raleigh of America Sportif single speed project.

I used all the components from this bike to build a vintage road bike for my daughter, using a Raleigh Record frame I had. The Sportif frame was too tall for her. I found an awesome deal on a wheel set: SunRims M13II/ 6061 Alloy, 630 x 18mm with Shimano quick-release sealed bearing hubs and 36-- 3 cross spokes. I put on a set of Kenda gum side-wall road tires for a retro look. The drive-train is 42 by 16 and the rear is a free-hub, so chain alignment was easy.

Other parts:
New alloy micro adjust seat-post
Old Zoom steel stem and Mongoose steel flat bar
Brooks B17 saddle in honey
UN26, 122.5mm BB
Old SC alloy calipers with new Promax levers
Old SR alloy 170mm crank-set with 52 tooth ring removed (had to cut off the excess spider not needed)
Shimano platform/ SPD pedals

Overall, this bike looks nice and vintage. I may decide to repaint it, as the decals are pretty scraped up, but I like the way it looks now as well!
