Bill Lewis started building frames in 1976 and stopped in 1995.

This frame was built in 1983 and is the only track frame he built - it was himself. He has been in business for 30 years, and still operates his small one-man shop in Scotia, NY (Adirondack Bicycle Repair & Touring Shop).

Ths frame is mostly Columbus Pista tubing with a Coulumbus SP downtube and Pista "Sprint" fork blades. Bill also used Reynolds 531 fork blades for the chainstays.
