If
you permit grocery-getters and tag-along-haulers, I humbly submit
my 1983 Univega Viva Touring. It's largely stock, with dark-green
metallic paint andĘSuntour gearing and Dia-Compe brakes. But I've
added a Brooks B-66, North Road bars, a Wald basket, Velo Orange
brake levers, Velo Orange half toe clips, and a brass bell, also
from Velo Orange. Oh, and a hitch on the seat post for attaching
my daughter's pink Adams Trail-a-Bike. This bike is great for rides
around San Francisco. The double chain ring doesn't get me up the
big hills, but it does help to keep me in shape.Ę
