Hi. Thanks for the site.

Here's my Kogswell P58 - last batch of the lugged Kogswells. I believe 150 total were made of the "P." This is my road bike, although it doesn't fit in too well with the carbon bikes I encounter around San Diego. The previous owner came up with the color scheme (metallic gunmetal paint) and most components - mostly vintage Shimano 105 - also you'll find: a Brooks Professional pre-softened saddle; TTT stem; Nitto moustache bars; MKS track pedals (soon to be switched out with black touring pedals when the order arrives); Schwalbe Marathons; Mavic MA3 wheels; Velo-orange unpolished fenders and mudflap; aluminum bell; Sliver sidepulls, Tektro levers with shellaced black cloth tape.

I'm not much of a speed demon - riding mostly for transportation - but this is a fast, fun bike. Kirk Pacenti's lugs are hard to see in the photos - but consult other P entries to check them out. I'm tempted to get a konversion fork and turn the bike into a P-P/R.

Enjoy!
