Assembled
m y 52cm 2007 Soma Speedster at home, with eBay-purchased parts,
and the assistance of the local bike shop for headset race fitting
& fork head tube cutting.

The
weight is 25 lbs (without waterbottle). I usually carry a small
thermos filled with hot tea. The Soma Speedster is wonderful. It
is the first bike that I can ride with no hands!
