Hi Jim,

The well-worn Michelin Celeste tires have gone to meet their maker and have been replaced with a pair of yellow Continental 3000's. They have reduced the somewhat overpowering Celeste theme a little. I prefer the look and they roll very nicely. I have also fitted a beautiful honey Brooks Champion Special together with a matching D-shaped Traveling Bag. The latter consists of two parts; an outer sleeve and an interior zippered bag retained by a "Sam Brown" buttonhole fixture which slides out. I have for now retained the micro wedge bag which carries all the on-bike repair stuff. This leaves the Brooks bag to provide an enhanced travelling environment (to shirt pockets) for cell phone, camera, snacks, waltet etc. Its ready portablility provides security when off the bike. Very practical -but at a ridiculous cost!
