This is not my bike. This man is known as the "Soup Man" in Negril, Jamaica. He rides up and down the road and sells soup to tourists, locals, hotel workers and anyone else in need of a cup of hot 'fish tea' or whatever the special is that day. Yes, that is a propane tank and a working burner on the front rack. Obviously a completely improvised and ingenious setup. Note there are no brakes.
