Found this 1978 Raleigh Competition GS frame with extra bits on Craigs list and slowly collected an eclectic set of parts to complete it. Wheels are Xero Lite with Rubino pro tires. The crank is an new old BMX crank attached to a Shimano bottom bracket. I believe the campy seat post, bars, stem, dia compe brakes and drilled levers are all original but I might be wrong. It's topped off with rare all gold Salsa quick release skewers, gold bar tape, gold housing and a gold "snake skin" fizik. It's quite light and rides nice.
