Found an old steel frame at my local bike dealer for 50$.

That triggered the Red Bike:
Shimano 105 Crankset, Shimano SPD pedals (really a necessity when you ride singlespeed and live in hilly terrain!), Czech no-name coaster brake rear hub, Campagnolo front hub, Shimano 600 stem (gorgeous feel and look, why don«t they make stuff like that any more? - thanks, Niels Axel), Mavic rims. Assembled mostly by my friend Viggo (without whom you would see no bike - THANKS), painted by his cousin Niels Axel.
