That is a Della Santa Cross bike. First build with mixed parts, I have swapped out the crankset to Ritchey compact, and tires are now Pana cross blasters, a little bit lighter for racing. Roland can build whatever you want. He only built cross frames for national champions up until now. Most people just wanted normal road frames. That's an 04 frame, raced twice already, I usually gear down and ride the trails with mountain bikers.
