93 Bridgestone MB-5, Bullmoose bars, Newbaums red tape, cork grips, shellac, Brooks "Champion Flyer", original Ritchey Megabite tires.

Bought this bike on craigslist for $75 and took it Idaho to ride on the trails I first started riding in the late 80's. Wanted to use the same type of equipment as back then to see if my skills have improved.

What I learned:
Suspension has made me lazy.
Suspension takes away far more than it adds.
One thing that has improved is my judgement; I'm no longer too cool to walk when it's to steep to ride.
Mountain bike brakes have come a long, long, way.
