Hi,
thanks in advance for considering my bike for the galleries and
the fun and inspiring site.,
I
suppose this bike could go under current classics or single speed
galleries. It's your site and up to you., The frame is a 57 cm 1982
TREK 311. When I bought for $10.00 it was buried in some ones garage
and didn't look really promising., I stripped all the parts and
took the frame to my local powder coater., I built this bike up
with help from my friend and local builder Percy Wheeler using parts
from other bicycles I had, some parts he had in the shop and a few
things from ebay., It's now used for my daily commute and longer
weekend rides here's some parts, etc,
Shimano
600 brakes,
Tiagra levers,
Nitto Technomic Stem,
silver cloth tape with 5 coats amber shellac,
Planet Bike fenders,
Sugino RD crank,
MKS sylvan pedals,
