Hi Jim,

This is the bike that was tested in the Summer 2009 issue of Bicycle Quarterly. It's a great bike and I have little to add to Jan's review.

Because I'm having a bike built for me, the Toei will probably be back on the market in a year or two.

Until then, I'm going to ride the heck out of it!
