I purchased my 64cm Rambouillet from Rivendell Spring of 2005. I love this bike. It allows me to get the bars up high enough to help my bad back and I can still ride along at a good enough clip that a 30 mile ride is fun and doesn't take all morning. I ride mostly for relaxation around the Sacramento Valley and into the hills. The bike is basically stock. I've added Campy Centaur 10 - speed brifters, a Jtek Shiftmate model #2, Jack Brown green tires and Tektro Bigmouth 57 brakes. The saddle bag is a Carridice Barley supported by a Bagman rack. I fully expect to get the 20 odd years of use claimed possible by Rivendell and have stocked up on parts to help me on down the road.
