Hi Jim,

Thank-you for the very fast delivery of my 2009 Current Classics Calendar. What a BEAUTIFUL selection of photos/bikes.

I would like to enter the first CC for this Italian builder - BASSO. I found this frame on EBay in 2007 and did a local pickup of it along with the crank, bottom bracket, brakes, rear derailleur and wheels from an ex bike shop owner in the NYC area. It was his personal frame and was in almost new condition. I had fun sourcing the rest of the components from EBay and Velo-Orange.com. It was my winter build project for 2007/2008. Pictures are from my favorite stopping place on my normal training ride. The overlook is in the Connecticut Audubon SocietyÕs Coastal Center at Milford Point, Milford CT.
