             I
love to look at all the bikes on your site!
            Here
are some before and after pictures of my 'current classic', a 1974
              UO-18 Peugeot Mixte.
            This
was truely a labor. Of love? Maybe...depends on who you ask. If
you ask me, then definately yes...but hubby? Not so much. I did
the parts shopping and he did most of the wrenching. There were
only a few parts that went on with no issues. I think the bar tape
and kickstand are the only two I can recall!
            Stem:
Nitto DirtDrop (and 2 hours of sanding because it was .02 centimeters
              too big!!)
              Handlebars: Nitto Moustache Bars
Brakes: Sheesh...I forgot, but the first pair I bought didn't work.

              Saddle: Brooks B12 Ladies
Pedals: MKS Touring Shorts (from Rivendell)
Rear Derailer: Simplex S001 Short Cage
              Front Derailer:Simplex 102 Front FDF102
              Shifters: Silver Shifters (from Rivendell)
              Brakes: Dia-Compe Mod 750
Wheels, freewheel and chain: I don't know what brand, but City Bikes
              in Portland hooked me up.
Tires: Bontrager I use this bike for my commute to work during the
warmer months and it rides great!
            Thanks,

            Ellen
