Jim - Here are a few marginal photos of my previously posted Heron Road model converted to 650B. I utilized all the usual conversion components: Honjo fenders, Tektro R556 calipers and levers and Aerohead rims. It rolled along nicely on Maxy Fasties Phil Bickford
