Hello,

I got this bike to turn into a commuter all rounder. I want to go on rides for fun and also use it for everyday stuff, like going to the local store, commuting and general meandering in my San Gabriel Valley (CA) neighborhood. I also wanted to keep using as many as the old parts as possible (recycle friendly I guess).

The details:
1985 Bridgestone 400 frame and fork, 23 in. or 58.5 cm
All original Suntour drivetrain derailers, cogs, crankset, BB, and 27 inch wheels with Araya rims.
Nitto Technomic stem
Nitto 177 46cm handlebars
Tektro brake levers
Bridgestone brakes with Kool Stop pads
Cheapo LBS commuter tires, 27x1 1/4
Brooks B-17 saddle
Torelli bar tape
MKS pedals
Soma toe clips with Cristophe straps

Future possibilities: fenders, racks, and some kind of lighting system.
