| Howdy,
               This
'93 XO-1 is my primary do all bike. I take it to the grocery store,
on overnite tours, commuting, out on fire roads, rainy days, whatever.
The bike mainly gets ridden around the State College, PA area, where
we have tons of farm roads, dirt roads, and fire roads. Parts
breakdown: -Nitto Mustache Bars with Viva Tape, unshellaced cause I like the
way it gets really soft and faded over time.
 -Nitto Technomic Stem
 -8spd Shimano Bar cons
 -Diacompe Gran Compe Levers. Delicious!
-Campy Record headset. The oil port is quite handy for winter riding.
-Mafac ACS (ie BMX) cantis from the 80s. These are steel monsters
that still are within a few grams of Paul's neo-retro brakes. And
you can use big fat kool stop pads, which last forever. The straddle
hangers are something I picked off of ebay, and no one seems to
know who made them. Nice though.
 -Honjo Fenders
-Nervar Cranks with TA rings: I broke my original TA cranks. 46/26..
 -Suntour Ft Mech. Works great!
-1 Nitto Cage and 1 Topeak Cage. At least the Topeak is stainless!
-Simplex skewers sans the delrin end cap.
-Phil rear hub, with a Suntour custom 13-30 freewheel
-Shimano XT mid 90s front hub. Very highly polished, and ultra smooth.
 -Superbe Pro Seatpin
 -B-17 standard saddle.
 -Nitto Front Rack
-Lowes Dishrack, custom modified for current application. 6 bucks...
Swallows a tent, a jacket, and some food, plus all my tools.
-Araya 395 rims, chromed out and super light, double eyeleted...if
only they still made stuff for the american market!
-Dimension Brand Mtn pedals w/ stripped anodization and brushed
              refinishing.
-Wheelsmith XL-14 spokes. The best there is.
 -Cheers!
