Jim,

Just arrived A. Homer Hilsen. 63cm frame built by Rivendell with standard bits. Phil Wood freewheel hubs(s), 7-speed rear cog, Nitto lugged stem, Rivendell-designed Grip King pedals, Silver down-tube shifters, and Silver caliper brakes, plus Jack Brown blue-label tires and a Selle Anatomica saddle (we'll see how that goes). That meconium-green tape job is the result of celery-green japanese cotton under amber shellac. I like to wear things out, so I'll be living with it for a while.

Looks great, fits great, fun to ride. No data on fork rake, trail, planing characteristics, or front-end shimmy with or without fenders, and none forthcoming.
