No lugs but certainly a current classic! Sorry about the low focus on the initial photo. Just finished building this custom 49cm 2005 Ruby Red Pearl Club Racer from Independent Fabrication. The bike has about 60 miles on it. Frame options include: front/rear fender mounts, rear rack mounts, low-rider mounts & pump peg. The frame is designed with longer brake reach to allow for fenders and larger tires. Build spec as follows: Nitto Noodle, Cinelli cork tape, Ritchey WCS stem, Chris King headset, Ultregra 9 speed triple drive train w/STI, Shimano HG 12-27 cassette, Shimano BR-600 57mm brakes, Ultegra post, Mavic Open Pro's laced to Ultegra hubs with DT double butted spokes, Continental 25mm Gator Skins and time pedals. When I get around to it I will be remove the annodization from the stem and seat post clamp and will be adding a Nitto Mark's mini front rack and Honjo narrow hammered fenders.
