Hi Jim,

The Saluki is now finished, I think. All long rides have been offroad. The set up is getting more and more like everybody else's country bike which is ok by me. Got a mini front rack from a friend and shellaced tapes to top it off. And switched back to a Brooks saddle. May be a grey saddle would look better, but it's ok for now.
